21 civilians killed in Syrian air and missile strikes

In Syria, at least 21 civilians including ten children have been killed in air and missile strikes by government forces in Idlib province.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said a ground-to-ground missile fired by regime forces hit a makeshift camp for the displaced near Qah village close to the border with Turkey.
Meanwhile, Russian military aircraft also targeted the town of Maaret al-Numan in the south of the province killing six civilians including four children.
