Saudi Arabia has expressed desire for a political settlement in Yemen.
Speaking at the Shura Council Advisory Body in Ryadh, King Salman bin Abdulaaziz al Saud expressed the hope recent agreement signed in Riyadh would open the door to broader peace talks.
He reiterated that Saudi Arabia does not want war with Iran but the kingdom would defend itself at all costs.
