United States President Donald Trump has signed a trillion-dollar rescue bill to help lift the economy and address the coronavirus pandemic. Earlier, the House of Representatives passed the package by voice vote. Talking to reporters at a signing ceremony in New York, he said this will deliver urgently needed relief to the economy.
