EU leaders debate over post-coronavirus economic recovery plan

European Union leaders have decided to continue discussion over a huge post-coronavirus economic recovery plan. 27 member bloc leaders have been trying to evolve consensus on 857 billion dollars package at their prolong sessions in Brussels. President of the European Council Charles Michel has expressed the hope that leaders will reach on consensus today to help countries to recover the pandemic. The third day of talks followed a record one-day rise in new infections worldwide.
