WB provides $200m for Afghanistan to protect people, support businesses amid COVID-19

World Bank Board has approved 200 million dollars to help Afghanistan mitigate the impact of COVID-19 and provide relief to vulnerable people and businesses. In a statement, the bank said grant will support Afghanistan strengthen policies and keep basic infrastructure such as water, electricity, and telecommunications running.
