Daesh militants kill nine in Syria

Kuwait's Emir, Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Sabah, has passed away at age 91. He had ruled the Gulf Arab state since 2006 and had overseen its foreign policy for more than 50 years. Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has expressed his deep condolence on the sad demise of Kuwait Emir Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Sabah. In a statement on Tuesday, the Foreign Minister prayed to the Almighty Allah to keep the departed soul in heaven. He said bilateral relations between Pakistan and Kuwait expanded a lot during the reign of the late Emir.
