In Iraq, three security personnel including a senior police officer have been killed in a roadside bomb explosion in Salahuddin province north of the capital Baghdad. A spokesman of the Iraqi Joint Operations Command said a roadside bomb exploded near a military vehicle in the al-Tharthar desert area in Baiji town.
