Russian President Vladimir Putin has once again called for an immediate ceasefire between Azerbaijan and Armenia in the Nagorno-Karabakh region. During a phone call with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Putin also expressed serious concern about the involvement of illegal armed groups from the Middle East in the fighting.
