Saudi Arabia has congratulated Sudan’s leadership on the peace agreement between the transitional government and rebel groups. The Saudi cabinet which met with King Salman bin Abdulaziz in the chair stressed that government is determined to continue its support for the efforts aimed at preserving Sudan's sovereignty, national unity, territorial integrity, and protection from external interference. The Saudi Cabinet also pledged government support for the Sudanese people in achieving their legitimate aspirations.
