The number of global coronavirus cases has surpassed over one hundred twenty-one million while the pandemic has claimed nearly two point seven million lives so far. The United States is the worst-hit country with over twenty-nine point six million infection cases and nearly 538,000 deaths so far. More than sixty-eight point seven million patients stand recovered.
