China opposes US legislation on Taiwan

The Current Taiwan administration's pursuit to develop "diplomatic ties" is nothing but daydreaming and will never happen, Ma told the media.
China has resolutely opposed US interference in Taiwan and country's internal affairs by introducing bills in House of Representatives.
A spokesman of Taiwan Affairs Office Ma Xiaoguang during a press briefing said in Beijing today that the Current Taiwan administration's pursuit to develop "diplomatic ties" is nothing but daydreaming and will never happen.
He also warned that "the current Taiwan administration is playing along with the US as it uses the "Taiwan card," which will only harm cross-straits peace, and undermine the interests of compatriots on both sides, especially those from Taiwan.
