Center-right candidate Luis Lacalle Pou has won the Uruguay's presidential election.
The presidential candidate of the center-left coalition Daniel Martínez that has governed Uruguay for 15 years conceded defeat.
The president-elect Lacalle Pou will take power on first March at the head of a right-wing coalition of five parties.
