Turkey says delivery of second batch of Russian S-400 missile system may be delayed beyond a planned 2020 timeline due to talks on technology sharing and joint production.
Turkey received the first batch of S-400 systems in July.
The United States has opposed Turkey`s getting this missile system from Russia.
