The U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has said public hearings in an impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump could be expected this month.
Talking to media in Washington, she said any case that is made to impeach president has to be ironclad.
Meanwhile, during an interview with Fox News, White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham said they are prepared for Trump to be impeached by the House.
The president will be impeached if the House approves any of articles of impeachment that Judiciary Committee has recommended by a simple majority vote.
