US Special Representative for Afghanistan Reconciliation Zalmay Khalilzad lauds Pakistan's efforts for regional peace

Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi says Pakistan will continue its efforts for political settlement of Afghan conflict.

Talking to US Special Representative for Afghanistan Reconciliation Zalmay Khalilzad in Islamabad on Monday, he said Islamabad will continue to support an Afghan-owned and Afghan-led peace process for regional stability.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that Pakistan will prepare a comprehensive timeline framework for honorable repatriation of all Afghan refugees.

Speaking on the occasion, Zalmay Khalilzad appreciated the Pakistan's efforts for regional peace and stability, and said Islamabad hosted Afghan refugees for four decades with open mind.
