The United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres says a new global deal is needed to ensure that power, wealth and opportunities are shared more broadly and fairly at the international level. In a series of tweets, he said our world is at breaking point but by tackling inequality based on a new Social Contract, we can find better days ahead. The UN Chief said the global deal must be based on a fair globalization and on the rights and dignity of every human being.
