Heavy rains, flash floods kill 13 people in South Korea

In South Korea, thirteen people were killed, and as many went missing after days of heavy rains across the country. Disaster officials said rain inundated more than 5,751 hectares of farmland, displaced one thousand people, and flooded parts of key highways and bridges in the capital, Seoul. President Moon Jae-in is set to hold an emergency meeting today (Tuesday).
