Nation to commemorate 15th Anniversary of October 8, earthquake tomorrow

The 15th anniversary of the devastating earthquake of 2005 is being observed tomorrow (on Thursday) Different organizations have arranged functions to mark the day. It was 8 October 2005, when an earthquake of seven point six intensity struck the country causing widespread human and material losses in the Hazara division and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. A ceremony will also be organized in Balakot to observe the day. One minute's silence will also be observed on the occasion.
