The fourth session of the peace talks on Syria under UN auspices begins in Geneva today. The UN special envoy for Syria Geir Pedersen said at a news conference in Geneva that the talks focusing on a new constitution will run through Friday and then resume in January. He said there is no deadline for the discussions.
