North Korea says it won’t restart nuclear discussions until the US drops its ‘hostile policies’


North Korea has announced it will not hold talks and contacts of any kind with the United States until it rolls back its hostile policy towards its country. In a statement, First Vice Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui said the United States has tried to contact North Korea since mid-February through several channels but we don't think there is a need to respond to the US time-delaying trick again.
